This item comes incased in ingenuous damage resistant packaging. The outer box was so damaged by the post office, they put a notice of damage sticker on it. Yet the inner box and item were in pristine condition!

Bought as a gift for my husbands office. He adores it. We have had no problems with leaking and set up was a breeze. Follow the directions of course for best results. My husband drinks his whiskey slow so I am not sure if there will be a problem when the bottle gets closer to being empty, like liquid gathering at the ends instead of the spout but we will see.
